3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with third-party service providers who assist in operating our Site and Services, but only as necessary.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to enhance your experience and collect analytics data. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features of the Site may not function properly.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@automac.ai.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our Site.

8. Google User Data

This section applies to the Automac app when you connect your Google account. Any data received from Google is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. For data received from Google, this section takes precedence over anything else in this policy.

What We Access

Gmail (read): Your email messages, including sent messages, so Automac can identify emails that need your attention, summarize them, and recognize when you have already replied.

Gmail (drafts and sending): Automac creates reply drafts in your Gmail account for your review. Emails are sent only after you approve them. If enabled, Automac can also send your briefing to your own email address.

Google Calendar (events): Your calendar events, so Automac can include your schedule in your briefings and add or modify events when you request it.

How Your Google Data Is Used

Automac reads and processes your Google data on your Mac to provide the features you enable, such as summaries, briefings, tasks, and reply drafts. To generate these results, relevant content is securely sent to an AI service for processing. The service is not permitted to use your data to train its models. Your summaries and drafts are delivered through the channels you choose, such as your messaging app, task list, or notes.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, whether our own or those of third parties.

We do not store your email or calendar content on Automac's servers. Google sign-in happens directly between your Mac and Google; Automac's servers are not involved .

Automac staff do not access or read your Google data unless you ask us to review specific messages to assist you, access is necessary for security purposes, or access is required by law.

Storage and Deletion

Your Google sign-in credentials and any data Automac saves from your Google account are stored on your Mac. You may request that we disconnect your Google account and delete the data Automac has saved from it at any time, and we will do so promptly. You can also revoke Automac's access at any time through your Google Account Permissions.

Limited Use

Automac's access to, use of, and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

9. Zoom User Data

This section applies to the Automac app when you connect your Zoom account. For data received from Zoom, it takes precedence over anything else in this policy.

What We Access

With your approval, Automac can read your Zoom meeting summaries, meeting search results, recordings and transcripts, Zoom Docs and Zoom Hub files. If you ask us to turn on saving to Zoom, Automac can also create Zoom Docs and Hub files (for example, a meeting recap), either after your approval of each one or automatically, as you choose.

How Your Zoom Data Is Used

Automac uses your Zoom data only to answer your questions about your meetings and to add meeting context to your briefings. It reads Zoom data when you ask or when a briefing needs it. To produce these results, relevant content is securely sent to an AI service for processing; the service is not permitted to use your data to train its models.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your Zoom data, use it for advertising, or use it to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not store your Zoom data on Automac's servers. Our sign-in service at auth.automac.ai only passes Zoom's sign-in response to your Mac and keeps nothing. Automac staff do not access your Zoom data unless you ask us to help with a specific meeting, it is necessary for security, or it is required by law.

Storage and Deletion

Your Zoom sign-in and anything Automac saves from your Zoom data are stored on your Mac. You can ask us at any time to disconnect Zoom and delete what Automac saved, and we will do so promptly. You can also remove Automac yourself at any time in the Zoom App Marketplace (Manage, then Added Apps), which immediately ends its access.
